Aðalheiður is a hospitality and tourism professional with extensive leadership experience, including roles as Manager of Vök Baths and Product Manager at Reykjavík Excursions, where she worked with over 250 activity suppliers across Iceland. Recognized throughout the industry, she is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being — believing that a happy team is the key to outstanding service. Her goal is for every visitor to leave Iceland happier, a vision she supports by closely tracking the national Net Promoter Score at Ferðamálastofa.

Sabine grew up on the northeastern coast of Germany and arrived in Iceland in the autumn of 2013 where she spent her first winter at Dalatangi - a remote sheep farm and weather station in the Eastfjords. Falling in love with windswept walks to the lighthouse, foraging blueberries in the mountains and watching the Northern Lights from her bedroom window, she went on to study Icelandic in Berlin and Reykjavík before eventually returning to the fjord. She now shares her love for the Eastfjords by creating experiences that bring their magic to others.

Born and raised in Slovenia, Ana first set foot in Iceland during the winter of 1990. As summer approached, she was captivated by the country’s beauty and decided to make the North her permanent home. Fully immersed in Icelandic culture, she sings in two local choirs and enjoys swimming, cycling, photography, reading, and exploring new experiences. Above all, she finds peace and joy in the island’s remarkable nature.
